Over all extremely disappointing, went and got all suits for my wedding party including the groom, something from everyone’s attire was not in stock so we either had to go across town for it or get it shipped in. No problem fine, I got told for my brother suit it would have to be custom ordered but they couldn’t get his size so complimentary and same day hemming would be available. After waiting 15 business days instead of 5 like they told us we went and picked them up just to be told we in fact had to pay for the hemming, slightly irritated we did and then it wouldn’t be done the same day! Completely disorganized and dysfunctional! If your in a hurry don’t expect anyone to help you here

Like this place. Everytime i go there never get disaapointed. Good customer service. They have good collection. Never came home empty handed.

I'd let my wardrobe go and had urgent events this very evening and the weekend. I called ahead this afternoon after measuring my chest at home, they selected a suitable jacket and held it for me, and once I arrived they helped me quickly find the belt, socks and a shirt that I needed. They measured and selected the items and the clothes just....fit. No muss, no fuss. The staff were very helpful and knew their products, there was Earl and a woman, sorry I don't know your name! Both extremely competent and friendly and there to solve your problems. Had no problem talking about the specifics of each type of item related to sizing. I don't write reviews normally, but I feel compelled on this one, so in my opinion, if you know you need to spend money dressing up, even on short notice, just go here, these people know what they're doing and I walked out knowing my problem was now gone. Best of all, I was at ease at my event this evening and was able to take part in the event without worrying about clothing. 5 stars.

Had a wedding to go to on Saturday afternoon.
I went to Moore's on Friday evening, they fitted me in nice causal blue suit. Pants came free with the purchase. Also got a discount of 25.00.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
They were able to have my suit ready Saturday morning at 10am, hemmed and ready to go. As promised.
This is the second suit I have purchased over eight years from old and new locations. I would definitely recommend Moores Carling for all your needs.

Understaffed or something, waited and waited for someone to ring up my purchase, eventually gave up and left without buying what I intended and went to a different store

Good quality men's fashion. Good deals year long. Variety in terms of available colors is low (men's fashion limited to basic colors). Customer service provided (by Eric) in an urgent situation made a difference, along with a matching discount being offered online only. ?

Friendly caring staff, Eric was very helpful in finding me a suit for a wedding I had to attend. He did all the choosing for me, as my size is sometimes hard to find. I needed the suit right away he helped me with the tailor to hem my pants right away. If anyone needs a suit, this is the location to go to.
