Went to Midas to get a muffler replaced. Told them I needed it to be a type that is offset so it can go through the aftermarket bumper I had on it. They put a regular one on and now I will have to change the bumper of the muffler. I specifically made sure they knew it had to fit and provided the piece to try it. At the end they tell me it wont fit and that's it. $500 wasted, will never use them again. Buyer beware!

Excellent experience. We originally went to Midas for a repair to our exhaust system, but the tech uncovered a number of other potentially serious issues that needed to be addressed. For the amount of work done, the price was very fair, and the staff were helpful throughout the process.

Awesome experience here! Went for an oil change and they were able to accommodate looking at & repairing my A/C same day. Explained things fully, offered me options & advice. Prices provided upfront so no surprises. Didn’t feel pressured or upsold like at some other shops. Highly recommend.

Great interpersonal service, positive discussion, good follow up on parts and timing. Good work as well. This is a very busy outlet, very competent and professional. The only question mark left in my mind was the cost. Cost of parts was high, but finding them for my older vehicle was likely a challenge, and the number of hours of labor wasn't completely discussed before hand, which was entirely my fault. They did good work and they are conveniently local to me, and I am willing to pay for the good work done and location. Their professionalism again was worth the price. My old vehicle is back on the road and puts off a new purchase for a few more years.

I had appointment and waited for more than 2 hours to switch tires from winter to summer for a very small vehicle !!!!, customers without appointments were served before me, really disappointed ☹️
