As a shameless connoisseur of grocery store sushi I can confidently say Metro's should be completely avoided. No "packaged on" date listed and was best before tomorrow.
The rest of the store is pretty nice though.

This store is NO LONGER 24 HRS. They make pizza in the deli that is 13$ for a really large two topping made to order pie. They also sell slices for $3.99. I quite enjoy it! There is also a worker named Keith that is literally the loveliest human being on the planet.

Nice store, excellent selection of meat , it's a larger Metro so as an excellent variety but as you can expect a bit more expensive than Walmart or F ood Basic
