We just picked up our “new” glc300. Despite being two years old , the car was presented looking absolutely like new. Ryan , in sales, helped guide us into finding a vehicle that best suited our needs . Ryan was very knowledgeable,pleasant and accommodating. Although Ryan is in Sales ,we never felt pressured or intimidated ,leaving us comfortable in the decision we made without undue influence . Delivery Specialist, Talya ,could not have done a better job in helping to familiarize us with the multitude of electronic features . She also was very knowledgeable, answering every question without hesitation. She gave us her undivided attention and never made us feel rushed.From start to finish, a pleasant experience. Thank you,

This place does not treat their employees well. If you want to support a business that doesn't treat their employees well, go for it but youre better off going to star Mercedes. Not only do they treat their employees better, they provide better service.

My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned GLE450 at this location. From the moment we arrived, Ming treated us in a very professional and respectable way. The purchase process was quick and transparent. We will return to purchase our next vehicle at this location.
