“I had an amazing experience at Jimmy Suits - Fine Men's Clothing! As someone who doesn’t typically wear suits, I was initially nervous about finding the right fit, but the staff here were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They made the whole process so easy, and I felt confident and comfortable in the suit they chose for me.
I was in and out in just 20-25 minutes with a complete suit for only $330, which included a tie and dress shirt—what a deal! As a wedding DJ, Jimmy came highly recommended by others in the vendor community, and I can see why.
The downtown location is super convenient, especially with the free parking. The only thing to note is that alterations need to be done offsite, but for the quality and price of the suit, it's a small trade-off. I highly recommend Jimmy Suits!”

The space was perfect for our event, offering a serene and calming atmosphere that was ideal for deep relaxation and inner peace. Kevin and Emmanuel were incredibly helpful throughout the rental process. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist ensured everything ran smoothly. The space was equipped with everything we needed, from a high-quality sound system to comfortable seating.

“Had to buy the suit online, Used measurements from a local tailor but the suit didn't fit when I received it. Made the 3 1/2 hour drive to Ottawa. It was worth every minute of driving the team at the Ottawa store was amazing. Had me come in, pinned all the alterations and their tailor took care of it while I waited.”

I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.”

“This review is really for TJX because the associates I dealt with at Southkeys Winners were not keen on listening to my issue and just handed me a business card to contact TJX. I had a $50 gift card with proof of purchase, that was declined and left my purchase behind. The process was time consuming as it underwent an investigation but TJX came through and provided me with a new gift card. I haven't used it yet but I assume it is good. A Manager had to be present to confirm my identity and collect the original gift certificate and receipt, she was very irritated and abrupt with the sales staff (who was very pleasant) and after collecting the appropriate info from me, she just left her staff and myself and went on to the next task. I expected some enthusiasm and maybe to hear "I am so happy we were able to resolve the issue" and maybe "have a great day" or "thank you for your business." The Manager showed no customer service skills, at least not that day. I am still giving 5 stars because I promised TJX I would!!!”

“I don't find Winners all it's cracked up to be in their advertising. Unfortunately what I typically see is a bunch of off label named overly expensive clothing. There are some good finds at Winners but they are few and far between.They have a nice variety of decor items for every room in my home. But the same issue appears here. Many items are over priced.”

“I’ve been wanting to visit this store for a long time, and I finally did. Very happy. Great, friendly service. I bought a suit and the alterations were perfect - so far, a great experience. I the. Went back a few weeks later and purchased a made-to-measure dress shirt. Picked up the shirt and it’s perfect. The shirt fits me, a larger, plump body style, better than any off-the-shelf shirts I’ve tried or purchased in the past. I see why this local store has been around for so many years and I’m glad I went to check them out.”
