I have been dealing with the Queensway Carleton Hospital office of Medigas for over ten years. Specifically Therapist Andrew Maillet of that office has time and time again proven to be knowledgeable, professional and HELPFUL in many respects over this time. I enthusiastically recommend him and Medigas to anyone with sleep apnea issues for effective and timely support. Five Stars.

Prices are very high compared to other local places around here. Not much selection. Either. They have pushed Respironics dream stations knowing fully well the implications the manufacturer is in. Not good!

I have been a patient with Medigas Queensway Carleton Hospital for many years. I have dealt with Drew who is excellent! I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Heather Wilson on many occasions too. Both Drew and Heather are very dedicated to helping their patients with their needs. Heather has been very, very helpful during the recall process as well as helping me with claims for my personal insurance. She always goes that extra step even when its a simple question or something that needs research and feedback. This is a huge health issue and both Drew and Heather are always there to help you out! Very Valuable Employees!!!

Called Medigas- at the QCH, left a message & had an appointment within two days. I met with Drew who advised me that I was suffering from severe Complex and Obstructive Sleep apnea. I had a double whammy, it wasn't a surprise that I was feeiing exhausted each day.Drew provided me with helpful recommendations. He corresponded with my Doctor and completed documentation to assist me.The end result was I received a machine to use. If I called Medigas and Drew was busy with other customers, I was pleasantly provided with help from Heather.I found both Drew and Heather to be caring, knowledgeable and professional.I would highly recommend Medigas to anyone. I am grateful for the help I have received. A big Thank you to Drew and Heather. The assistance you provide is definitely needed and appreciated.

Tried to phone in to ask if they had a memory foam cushion for a mask. The man on the phone refused to help because it was "an hour before closing" then wouldn't check the stock because he "couldn't" then told me he was too busy to help. Genuinely seems like he doesn't want to help. Won't be buying anything here, and would recommend you not bring your business here.

Drew and Heather are beyond Aces! I came to them in Jan when my regular CPAP company left me high and dry when my machine broke. Drew got me a loaner and saved my life. Fast forward to June and Heather went out of her way to help me get the ball rolling on a new machine. Just yesterday we finished the deal. Drew got my machine set up perfectly was extremely informative and knows not only customer service but knows about the machines, my condition and treatments. He’s a wealth of knowledge! Heather is the backbone of the operation and even found info on my old machine which will be donated to someone less fortunate so that they may get the help they need without breaking the bank! Thanks to media’s QCH and their crew. I had a great nights sleep and looking forward to years more.5 stars just isn’t enough for them!

Had a great experience purchasing my BIPAP machine at this Medigas location. Drew was a very friendly, and informative. He had the awnsers to all my questions plus more. I felt very comtable making my machine from here. They also validate your parking, so you don't need to pay when you leave. Thanks for the great service Drew and Heather. You folks are doing a great job and I am getting a much better sleep now!

Called this company as referal for a CPAP machine. Was quoted over $1000. Not sure how individuals with financial issues can afford this. Got in touch with Inspiair, much, much lower quote.
