This store sells products with warranty and when you claim for warranty then they say no it was one year manufacture warranty. That's all. I bought 2 mattress from this store around 6 years ago. When I bought it they said it has 10 years warranty told me to Keep the receipt for the warranty.Now I talked to them to claim warranty for one mattress because springs broke from one corner. They said they talk with the manufacturer and Manufacture people said it's one year manufacture warranty. That's all.So looks like they lied to me to sell the product.Now they are denying.Be careful with this store before you buy anything from there please.Thanks.

Paid $200 for a pillow, three months later I’m still trying to get it. Staff in store and at the customer service line both assured me they would reach out to me to ensure I get my product once it came back in stock as it was over sold. For me to know it came in I had to call the customer service line to check stock - they got it in 2weeks ago with zero effort to get it to me. Apparently they left message once but I don’t have the incoming call on the date they said in my call history and I don’t have a message from them either to support this claim. Wouldn’t shop here, it’s been frustrating.

Good prices, good service and no pressure. The staff were informative, friendly & professional. I got a great deal on a Kingsdown mattress (pocket coil, Eurotop) and a base. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, thanks Mattress Mart ?.

Melanie was very helpful and patient with our new purchase of a mattress and bed frame. Her knowledge of inventory also took the hassle out of looking for a quality product at a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Maya was amazing to deal with - honestly, this guy knows his stuff. He asked what we liked in terms of firm or soft, or somewhere in between. He asked what our budget was, showed us some options, and recommended an amazing hybrid mattress.. they were even able to schedule the delivery on our move in date.. very affordable and impeccable service.If we ever need a mattress again, we will definitely be going back and will recommend this place to friends and family.

After almost buying a mattress at Sleep Country, I'm so glad I cancelled my order and tried Mattress Mart instead. The overall experience was drastically different to that of Sleep Country. Melanie at Mattress Mart was extremely insightful and helped me choose a mattress that was right for me. I felt much more confident in my decision knowing that she had helped me pick a mattress that offered the right kind of support for how I sleep rather than trying to sell me any mattress I showed interest in to make commission. I've been sleeping on my new mattress for less than a month and have already noticed a difference in my body. The supportive mattress Melanie helped me pick out was exactly what I needed.

Kathleen and I (Christine, her sister) had a great experience dealing with Mattress Mart. Melanie Walker was very good in helping us choose the right mattress and went to great lengths measuring the height combination of mattress and box spring which was crucial for us. Melanie took Kathleen's needs into consideration which I found very helpful.The delivery was great too. The delivery was made in the afternoon which is what I requested and appreciated. The delivery guys kept in touch with me as they got closer to Kathleen's apartment. The delivery, set up and removal of the old mattress and box spring was quick and efficient. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Mattress Mart, St. Laurent location to anyone shopping around for quality mattresses.

Not too bad, although my 4th Mattress we bought from this location. We went back because our mattress had sunk on one side in only 2 years. This was the second time it happened.We were treated ok, but the manager felt we needed 6 - 10 pics of our mattress and underside to prove all was in good order to receive a credit on the new mattress which never came or was even acknowledged. ( and yes it was in Pristine order, the frame )But we were desperate for a new one for the spare room where I sometimes sleep, so I spent more to get a good mattress according to the all knowing manager. Never heard ANYTHING back from customer services or anyone after the purchase or on the credit, even if there was no credit on a sagging 5 year guarantee mattress after 2 years, I still would have liked a call. It was our 4th mattress and I still need to by 4 more at once before the May 2-4 weekend. I told that to them but no one from sales has called. They have my number. So only a 3 star in customer service and sales. Verified Customer!

First off I would like to start by saying that the sales staff at our local Mattress Mart were excellent. So the reason for the negative review is the defective mattress that we are now stuck with. Less than a year ago we bought a firm Kingsdown mattress for over $1200. Unfortunately about 6 months in, the mattress started getting noticeably softer. Several months later and it’s lost a significant amount of support and is no where near the firm mattress that it was supposed to be. A warranty request was submitted; however, Kingsdown will only consider mattress compaction for warranty claims. This mattress being so new has materials that still spring back very quickly so there is no significant visible depression by the time you get everything set up to photograph it as requested by Kingsdown. But the issue we are experiencing is not compaction and rather a degradation in structural support. Kingsdown did not respond to our follow up requests and Mattress Mart has not been able to do anything for us either. So without options or recourse we will need to buy a different mattress.

This was my first time buying a new mattress and it couldn't have been a better experience! Melanie at the St. Laurent store was so helpful and knowledgeable; she walked me through the different options and explained which ones would be better for me. She made me feel taken care of!Also, the delivery was so easy! They texted me the morning of to let me know the two hour window they would be here, texted again when they were on their way and then called once they arrived. I live in a 6 unit building with no elevator and they were still super quick to bring it up and get rid of my old one!Overall, amazing AMAZING service! Cannot recommend them highly enough :D Very excited for my new bed!
