The manager Kim is very rude the way she talks to customers and employees.
I am a regular customer and I left shaking.
I simply asked.her to read the instructions in an oil treatment that I didn't have my glasses, she replied she didn't have hers either and one of the employees read the instructions to me. I put the product back and the manager Kim said" did you just use the oil on your hands. I replied no. She proceeded to say because if you did we would have to take it off the shelves. Everyone standing just looked at her with awe on their faces and said how rude she was.
I felt she talked to me like a child.
When I approached her and said I didn't appreciate the way she talked to me and did she see me use the product on my hand. She said no I didn't see you. if I could give a negative 0 on this manager's customer service and managing skills I would.

Marshall Merivale needs to train its room fitting assistants ( some are not there to assist but to disrespect) and also the manager who doesnt seem to give a damn about the quality of client services. Assistants in third world countries have better demeanor and excellent customer services than this Marshall store workers!

Winners fitting room assistant are more polite. There is a middle aged lady, probably Arab assistant, who is rude with Arabs in Marshall's Merivale. It seems that managers don't care about coaching their employees.

The fitting room assistant ( middle aged woman with a long bob haircut) is so disagreeable. She treated me very poorly. Is there a way we can speak with the management?
Modified : May 12th, 2024: I spoke with management, and she just said thank you for your feedback, I will speak with her and see her version. I asked her to check the cameras. She said I believe you. But if the management is reading this, I want to tell you that I will not turn a blind eye on this. What the assistant did to me is not acceptable. The fitting room assistant was not having a bad day. She just took me for granted cuz I wear hidjab. I saw her saying have a nice day to other ladies. But she must have an inferiority complex that make her think she can treat people of her own race like this! This is the worst customer service I ever received and I will ascend to whoever is above this manager who doesn't seem to care!
