Always great service! Recently discovered they do local same day delivery. Super convenient!One time they did miss my delivery time. I emailed and they were very quick to respond and update my delivery time.During the hot days in the summer they offered me a free drink as well.Great service and will be continuing to go here.

I went to grab a new vape and ask a question about my current vape that had started to taste burnt but wasn’t dead. Derrick and JJ were very helpful and gave me a bunch of pointers on how to make sure my vapes didn’t break. Derrick went above and beyond to make the moment right and replaced the broken vape. I’m impressed with the level of customer service and appreciate the recommendations. Thank you!

I have tried several vape shops in Ottawa but Mango Vapes is by far the best of them all.Their selection is unparalleled, from the shelves surrounding the shop to their glass counter cases, there seems to be something for anyone who vapes, giving you seemingly unlimited options as opposed to other shops that are often quite limited in what they offer and who often pressure you into purchasing items they get better pricing on from the manufacturer in an effort to make more money.The staff at Mango Vapes are there to help, answer questions and ultimately sell you exactly what you’re looking for.I’m also very impressed with their willingness to help with online orders when needed, without argument or blaming.Mango will continue to be our go-to vale store.Thank you!

I often forget to post great experiences on here busy living life but I know shop owners depend on reviews especially when they work so hard to make your experience great. I honestly can't say enough about this vape store the only one I use. I really depend on their delivery service since I don't drive and I often forget how low I'm getting. A few years ago I was using a different store and it took sometimes 7 days to get my order thru the mail and the prices were way higher. I made the mistake of forgetting to keep up on my vuse pen supply and went to the corner store one night at midnight assuming the prices would be higher but I had NO IDEA I paid with tax for 2 refill pods around $32 here they charge around 15$ and I believe there's a deal if you buy a 4 pack. With everything so expensive and being on disability pension the savings is a life saver. I honestly don't know another place in town that would drive out to drop off your order for free after only spending 50$ before taxes. Lastly I have to say which made me think to do a review was I was in such a rush last night and flustered to get my order in by 7pm that I ordered the wrong choice luckily when I finally opened my bag to look at it I thought to oh no ? I'll send a message to see if somehow it could be fixed but thought I doubt it most places wouldn't care you already spent the money. Within minutes I had a call back saying he was going to be in the area could he come by in 20 minutes to fix my order for free (the bottles were the same price) no extra to come out and it didn't even take 20 mins he was here before that with a smile and saying no worries. I don't write reviews often I usually save them for really great service and unfortunately I've had to write a couple bad reviews which I only do when someone is getting a really bad deal for their ?. Please try them out for yourself I guarantee you won't be disappointed!! ❤

I purchase all my vaping products from this store and have always received the best service! I have been in the store a few times and was very happy with the experience. I also use their delivery service quite often, my orders are always correct and on time. The prices are really reasonable as well! Would very much recommend.

I was originally using another vendor for my vapes. I received a defective unit and reached out to get help but they took days to respond to me and ultimately offered me solutions that made me stop buying from them. Since then, I have been using Mango Vapes and I am happy to leave a 5 star rating for their team. They are professional, fast, friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Mango Vapes if you are looking for above and beyond customer experience!
