Couldn’t visit the Ranger so the review is just for the structure.
It is a beautiful structure but due to the construction around it, hard to get a good view without distractions

It's a huge spider sculpture outside the National Museum of Art, and it's a very impressive piece of art! This sculpture was created by Louise Bourgeois and is said to symbolize her mother. You may be overwhelmed by its size, but it also has a mysterious charm that gives you a sense of elegance. It is also a popular spot for taking photos while sightseeing, and has become a symbol of Ottawa. While visiting the museum, be sure to stop by and experience its power for yourself!

Great street art nearby the art museum and front of the Notre Dame Cathedral. You will love to stay under this big spider and take time to see all tourists around.

The Maman sculpture in Ottawa is a large bronze spider created by French-American artist Louise Bourgeois. Standing at 9 meters tall and weighing over 6 tons, Maman is located outside the National Gallery of Canada. It is one of the most iconic public artworks in the city and part of Bourgeois's series of spider sculptures displayed worldwide. The spider, with its sac of 26 marble eggs, symbolizes strength, motherhood, and protection, reflecting the artist's memories of her mother, who was a weaver.
