Stopped in on this shop fairly recently; it's a great shop for some local (and not so local) Canadian makers - healthy candle selection, pottery, artwork, sweets etc. Definitely a place to purchase a little surprise for someone :)

Love the shop, love how it's filled with great items that showcase neighborhood pride ("CIVIC" stickers, Hintonburg mugs, etc). The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. Would be 5 starts except for one thing. The prices. They really seem off the charts and frustrating. I'm wondering if you lowered the prices and sold more product, if you wouldn't be better off in the end. but maybe this is just where we are given the cost you pay for your inventory, and rent. But some of the prices, like for the aforementioned Hintonburg mug, seem like parody.

Although I bought this as an activity for my kids to do they abandoned the project and let me go do it. I really enjoyed making it! I’ll have to update the photo once it’s hung up somewhere. Highly recommend checking out this shop, there’s so much and the staff are super friendly!
