Upon entering the establishment, I was promptly greeted by a courteous staff member. The premises were exceptionally clean and well-organized. I was inquired about my membership status, and although I was not a member, I did not feel pressured to join. However, I decided to become a member due to the positive experience I had.

Great selection, prices and staff. My only issue with this location is getting into parking lot from the right side going East on Carling. You have to do a u-turn to get there. However, the staff is worth the extra effort, as they are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Some very good,quick foods. Their Japanese salmon is excellent. Of course much is a matter of taste,but for quick dinners very acceptable fare!

Love M&M's, have never been disappointed in the quality or portions of the food, I'm never scared to try new items either because I know that they will be good. A tiny bit on the pricier side but it's worth it. Been getting my groceries from here for 30 years.

Not happy with product expensive and cheaply made bought lasagne had no cheese on it real cheap there big lasagne with no cheese on it felt like I was eating pasta.
