It was our first time in LUSH and we had a great experience. My daughter has eczema and Vanessa helped us find a few bath bombs that should work for her, she is super excited to try them!
We also got samples of cream and body wash for her to try along with some soap
We will for sure be returning!

Excellent service! Special thanks to Maxime, who saved me a lot of time by taking me directly to the products I was looking for (TMNT limited edition, some were sold out online, but the store still had a few - Turtle Power!), and also helped me discover new ones.

Vanessa greeted us when we arrived. It was our first time in store and from start to finish she was beyond pleasant. Gave the kids a free sample with a bath bomb in the water. My kids loved it. She gave me a free hand scrub-orange scent and hand cream. My hands are now so soft. Got 2 of the bridgerton bath bombs for my kids because.... bridgerton need I say more?! Vanessa was beyond pleasant!

My Daughter and I went in to the store today. Steve was very kind and knowledgeable he said hi friends has soon has we came in the store. He showed us the stuff that was on sale and saved us some money. We had a great time and love the products.

Completed unbiased review: Joie is the most delightful, dedicated, and decidedly stylish employee. My kitten was stuck in a tree, and Joie took the time out to not only rescue my 6 month old Maine coon/ragdoll hybrid, but also answered all of my questions about the variety of bath and body items offered in store AND online, since I’m an international customer. Please give Joie a raise.

I like your products . But my experience as a customer was not very satisfying. I came with the aim to buy multiple products. But one of the consultants just left me at the middle of conversation to serve other clients . Another one came , didn’t pay attention. And when I reached that person was just laughing on one of my questions on how to use particular products. Instead of buying multiple products I just had desire to left shop ASAP .

I've been shopping here for over 10 years now, and I've never been disappointed. Their bath bombs are part of my weekly ritual. Love their soaps too. Thank you to the staff that went the extra mile and let my LO Play with the mask while I tested products
