I’m not impressed with my last visit. First, they tried to tack on the spring/summer service I had already said no to over the phone. Next, they pressured me into diagnosing something they heard as they were moving my car and successfully upsold me into getting the spring service after all because I was told that was a better value than paying the diagnostic fee. The noise ended up being the heat shield, and not worth the money I paid for a “diagnosis”. I guess I’m still on the hunt for a reputable and trustworthy spot. Save your money and take your car somewhere you won’t be charged to know what’s wrong with it and won’t be taken advantage of. I’d love my $200 back.

I was in Ottawa for a weekend away and had issues with my van - I needed it fixed on a Monday with no warming to them -I showed up at 10:30am and they were able to have me ready to drive back to Toronto before 4pm same day. Angelo was so kind & easy to talk to. So grateful ?

Staff are very kind and easy to work with, they offered me sound advice and worked with me to figure out a good way to repair my older car that I didn't want to put too much money into.

Very expensive. $100 just for them to look at my truck and they marked up a $300 part to $1000. Customer service was good however.
