I went to this store for the first time yesterday and was amazed by the professional, kind and knowledgeable service. The lady who served me (I’m sorry I forgot her name) really knew her stuff and was able fit me efficiently and seemingly effortlessly and with compassion. I highly recommend this store.

A good friend of mine told me about this boutique and how amazing it was and wow was she right! There is an wonderful selection of high quality wigs and bras as well as a lovely selection of lingerie on the other side. Linda, the owner, was truly amazing. She was patient and kind and really listened to me. She took the time to understand what I wanted, never judging me or rushing me. She and her staff were so knowledgeable, the service was truly exceptional. I left the store feeling like a new woman and not only because of the items I purchased. Linda and her staff made the whole experience worth the trip. I will most definitely be going back. This is now my "go to" place.

I brought my mom in to find some new bras as she's been having a hard time finding the right fit. Linda took the time to hear my mom's concerns and found her two bras and a new breast form that fit her perfectly. We both had a wonderful experience shopping at Look Beyond and all the staff were so kind and patient with us. Will definitely be back and will be recommending this store to our friends and family!

My only suggestion is do not go to that store, the owner Linda is there to make money and sell whatever prostheses and bras she has in stock. She doesn’t care about her customers. I had two mastectomies, she keeps saying yes this is what you need, the prostheses were to big for me but she insisted for me to get them. I return the next day and told her that I wanted a smaller size Linda was so frustrated at me, she wrote in big letters NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND on my receipt. After spending over $2,000 in bras, prostheses and swimsuit. She also charges me $100 for the camisole that you need when you get out of the hospital. Kelly’s Boutique give them away. Linda is there only to take your money. The only reason why she wanted me to get the bigger size was that she only had 1 prostheses of my size she had to order another one. Linda the owner is NOT pleasant at all when I had my appointment she asked me to make space for other customers that I was taking to much time even if I had an appointment. I had reconstruction after 5 surgeries and went they’re again to find a bra big mistake. I ran in to Linda she said long time no see, I explain to her that I had 5 surgeries and looking for a bra but I have one breast a little smaller. She said and you never gave up with an attitude? Without even looking at me she said you need a ½ prostheses, I respond no I don’t want a prostheses and I don’t need a prostheses. With attitude she argues with me and than said to the young girl selling bras, she needs a prostheses but doesn’t want any help her out. The young lady measured me and said your breast have a very small differences let me bring you some bras. After 3 bras she found one that was the proper size. Never again to that store! We should have her close her store, Linda should NOT have any business of any kinds.

We went in not knowing what to expect. The staff are extremely empathetic and supportive. This has changed my partner's life, I think this will be our go to place for bras and other chest related items.

Wow! Like the name this place went Above and Beyond!!! I went in looking for a bathing suit and they have gorgeous variety and beautiful fit. The owner ‘Linda’ was super helpful and knowledgeable. This was a comfortableAnd relaxing shopping experience. They have quality and beautiful pieces including some lovely accessories and jewelry. I highly recommend them.

Earlier this summer, I phoned to order the same mastectomy bras I bought here last summer. I waited and waited for a call that the bras were in. Nothing. I phoned again about two weeks ago and was told the bras would here this week. Again, no call to tell me they were here. Today, in a long and frustrating pair of phone calls, I learned that the store had ordered D cups for me when I asked for B cups. How does a bra store make that kind of mistake? Stunning incompetence.

I was frustrated because I couldn't find a good bra for my recovery after my mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. I found this place on Google, called and made an appointment. I received the royal treatment, the kind of one you need in these post-op days! Linda was lovely and kind and explained everything related to my bra. They have all sorts of bras, clothing and other accessories, so if you need any kinds of mastectomy perks, they will have them for you. They deserve 10 stars!

Not pleasant at all. I had an appointment and was asked to make space for customers with no appointment. She didn't take time, was rushing. Couseling was facts and harsh. Linda was questioning my medical decisions. I don't appreciate that at all. Never again!
