This is an updated review. I’ve been shopping at this location for quite some time now and for the most part its been a top notch experience. However, in the recent couple of months staff are not as personable. To be fair the staff are in no way rude. Their. having said that though, I still enjoy shopping there and will continue doing so! social skills are not the best

Just wanted to comment on the poor professionalism exhibited at this store by the customer service representatives. As a Blue Notes district Manager I would never let my employees speak to customers in the manner I witnessed, retarded or not !

Customer service is hit or miss. When I last visited, there were 3 staff members in the store. They were all grouped in one corner of the store, talking and laughing. None of them acknowledged me when I walked in even though I was the only customer and they clearly saw me walk in. Not necessarily a big deal, except I couldn’t find the most basic items I was looking for. When I finally got the attention of one staff member, a man with glasses, he seemed annoyed and gave me the impression that I was asking stupid questions. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all.

I brought my Levi's pants there expecting it to be professionally tapered and hemmed, instead I got a major disappointment. He didn't even use a thread similar to what Levi's uses on its jeans. The tension is bad and it was already unravelling at certain point. Definitely not worth the high price they charge

I had an excellent experience at this store on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the store didn't have a top I wanted to buy in the right size, so I decided to order online, as there was no option to have it sent to the store. A female staff member was so kind and helped me locate the item on the Levi's website. I loved (and ordered) the jeans I tried and I would strongly recommend this store to any Levi's fan.

Staff is unhelpful. If the store doesn't carry your size, they won't ship it to the store or to your home. You just have to buy it online. However, their safety mesures for COVID-19 are adequate.

The experience I had in here made me not want to go back. The man working was rude and not helpful. He didn’t even talk to me when I was waiting for a fitting room, he took the jeans out of my hands and says name? (For the door) it wasn’t busy, it was dead in there and he couldn’t even give me his time. Worst customer service ever

The staff at this outlet, particularly a young man with glasses was extremely rude with me today. I tried returning an item and he refused to allow me to return it, claiming they had a smell. I asked him to at least smell them himself at which point he refused and threatened to call security if I didn't leave the store..what kind of employee training to they get there? Or was this the ignorance of that employee, I do not know. But thanks for the garbage treatment and I will definitely be spreading the word about this.

Went online and saw a pair of jeans on sale for $30. Selected the “Find in Store” option and saw it was available at this location. Called to put it on hold. Upon arrival and purchase, the total came to $50. I explained and even showed the cashier, step by step, that online it was $30 and that this location had it in stock. Instead of price matching, the cashier said they have different pricing in store than online and that I was “better off buying it online.” Not very helpful and poor customer service.
