So last night I came here with my bike and it's a small BMX and I've never had an issue at the one on Rideau and King Edward and I've never had an issue at the one down the street at Lansdowne. I came in with my bike and last time I was here I saw a pretty big store theft. A guy walk out with two 60 oz and the security guard didn't do nothing and I tried to walk in on my bike and he put his hands on me wouldn't let me walk in so I walked around him and held my bike in my hand and said don't touch me or my bike and then when I got to the cash the manager was very rude to me. I said I don't see the problem. I brought my bike in every LCBO in the area and I've never had an issue. Even the new one on centertown and the Bell building. The manager was very very rude to me. Wouldn't give me an explanation. Told me it was store policy but it's not store policy. Could it just been polite and told me that it was her discretion but was again very rude of me. No reason to be rude like that and the security has no right to put their hands on me yet again. They don't stop people from stealing, but they'll stop you from bringing a bike in the store. Not right that your security guard put his hands on me. I'm reaching head office about this as well today

I have been coming to this LCBO for years I live two blocks away from it. I've always had an issue with one cashier she has always been so rude to me. Today was a big blowout she refused to serve me I ask to see the manager refuse to get the manager for me. What do I do? Next time I go Do I have the right to ask for a different cashier I do not want to be served by her rudeness again. I have no problem with any other person that works there except for her.

Excellent selection. Layout is a bit confusing. Popular products frequently go out of stock with no updates on when they'll be restocked. Location could use more staff during peak periods.
