Lovely shop today at this location! After making my purchase, one of my cans fell and dented on the ground. The staff were very understanding, even though I came in a bit after making the purchase, and allowed me to exchange for a non-dented can.This is a great location! They might never have the perfect stock, but it is optimal for convenience.

Endroit propre. Manque de produit ontariens et ils ne sont pas mis en valeur. Le frigo n’avait d’ailleurs que des vins commerciaux étrangers; très décevant sachant qu’il y a d’excellents vins locaux. Choix assez pauvre en général. Aucun conseiller sur le plancher pour assister la clientèle très nombreuses. Manque de personnel aux caisses.

Stopped going to this location a while ago because their security(not the mall's) kept following me around when I'm wearing a work uniform, yet they ignored the already drunk junkies.

The only store in all of ottawa and surrounding area that was to lazy to change the canada day hours so people call or try going there even tho it's closed all other stores changed it except this store obviously a lack of management hear

The only blond lady working at the checkout on may26th(Friday around 7:30pm) was so rude and she never asked for anyone’s ID except me even though I didn’t wanted to buy anything and the drinks were not mine, it was my friend’s. And she had her ID but for some reason she was wanting mine, even thought I didn’t have to show anything I still had a photo of my ID but she didn’t accept and didn’t let my friend to buy her drinks. I also tried to show my 24th birthday photos to her but she rudely take all the drinks and put them back. So we had to go to the Rideau street LCBO so my friend can buy her drinks. She finally got them from that location but this was such an unpleasant experience and waste of time, I can see she was not trained and had zero consumer service skill.

Very little choice and the cashier was very rude. He kept mocking us and grimacing, taking a high-pitched voice, then switched completely back to normal with the next customer.

Great location and hours are great as well. Fewer selection than other locations but it's because of the store size.Main reason for 3 stars is that some of the employees come off as impatient and sometimes even rude. I understand that the location is busy, and it gets lots of mean and undesirable customers. But when I come in to shop and finally go to the cashier, sometimes I'm greeted with bitterness, even though I've done nothing to warrant it.I must admit there are one or two employees at this location who are absolute gems. They make the shopping experience easy and sometimes even fun. Overall it's a decent LCBO, I would only avoid it if you have bad social anxiety.
