Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Since I don't drink, it can be a bit tricky to pick a wine to bring to a family dinner. But I've gotten great recommendations every time!

All staff are great. Elmvale mall has gone downhill a bit over the years but the staff here are upbeat and do a great job in spite off the begging and disturbances happening out front of their store.

Very rude cashier she refused to serve me even I was so polite with her, I didnt say anything bad to her, she was extremelly irritated for no reason, is not customer fault if she is having a bad day or a bad life, I wasnt rude with her and she was so rude with me. I also work in customer service and I have never treated a customer like that, that was really bad, shame on lcbo for having a cashier like that. Of course we will never come back there because of her. And hopefully she fix her life and start to be happy or at least try. I Feel sorry for her, hopefully she finds a way on her life to be better person before she dies, otherwise would be a wasted life.
