Every LCBO I visit has the same vibe which is nice. The staff are friendly & know their stuff, it’s easy to navigate & find what you’re looking for if you’re already set on something specific!

Employee with yellow hair was so incredibly rude and thought he was so important. I'm 19 years old and was helping my mother who is legally blind and has a broken arm unload wine bottles on the counter to pay. The anal employee yelled at me demanding my ID when I was not purchasing and had my 54 year old mother with me. He told me to step back (even though I had my ID with me). He would not look at my ID and made my injured mother load everything herself. I'm incredibly disappointed at this employees stupidity and rudeness. He needs to check himself.
