This place is hands down the best LCBO I've shopped at in many years. The staff is kind, courteous & knowledgeable.
I also appreciate the selection of wines and vintages not to mention the great clearance items that are often available. This is definitely my new go-to place for wine beer and cider.

One of the biggest in Ottawa, where you can find a great variety of wine and spirits. Since I'm from the Caribbean, aside of the Cuban rum Havana Club that you may find easily, rum such as Barbancourt, Vieux Labbé from Haiti or Saint James for Martinique are less common. (Don't know also if it is the people from these communities that buy them though) but you will find all of the world big brands mostly. I really the store for its wine collection.0

Staff here are the best I've ever had the privilege of meeting in my life, ignore any negative reviews about that. I'm consistently treated like family every time I go to this location. I refuse to shop for alcohol anywhere else because the experience just never compares. Andrena and Perry are the most friendly and hard working employees I've ever met. The selection of beer and wine is also more than enough to meet my needs.

The server Sherri here refused to serve me even though I had my legal id with me. The other server started explaining the legal law of Ontario to me because the last time they saw me with my friend who had forgotten her id and entered with me.She wasn’t even accompanying me this time.Just another way of harassing the customers.I was a regular customer of this LCBO but the way they treated me is so bad.I am a women of color above 25 years if that detail matters. I don’t know how you can just pick and choose who to serve and not.Avoid this one if you can.
