LCBO is one of the biggest in Ottawa, a pretty spacious store with a great variety of wine and spirits. Customers can find a great selection, including all of the world's big brands mostly, with sometimes really good deals on amazing wines. The staff are consistently described as the best, very helpful, well knowledgeable, and friendly, making people feel like family and at home. The experience is positive with very little wait time at the cash. It is a definite place to get your favourite liquor options, with a selection of beer and wine that is more than enough to meet needs.
This place is hands down the best LCBO I've shopped at in many years. The staff is kind, courteous & knowledgeable. I also appreciate the selection of wines and vintages not to mention the great clearance items that are often available. This is definitely my new go-to place for wine beer and cider.
