So far, so good. I had two services with them, and they are very helpful, polite and fast. Accuracy in diagnoses and good work performance. Today, they changed the stabilizer bar links and the car is smooth again. On the top of that, free car replacement until the job is done, and every repair is guaranteed for 1 year or 20,000km, stated on the bill. Also, last week they helped me with a flat tire in 10 minutes, because I was in a hurry, and they not even asked me if I was a regular customer, just did it right away, guys saved my day. Highly recommended.

Took my car in for a seasonal tire and oil change and they scratched up the rear bumper.

This shop took me for a major ride, first of all the worker behind the desk had no clue what he was talking about and ordered the wrong part twice making me wait over a week for a simple issue with my vehicle, after waiting a week the diagnoses came in as a completely different issue then they said and the fix was a simple 200$ max repair but for some reason I was charged close to a grand for a small fix, not impressed with this shop I don’t recommend it to anyone and I will never be doing business here again!

My engine shield bent and was dragging when I drove, thought I'd have to be without a car for a few days and pay $200, but these guys fixed it in five minutes and told me to go have a nice day... amazing! I know where I'm going next time I need any work done.

Did a great job but afterwards I found that there was a film of oil on my windshield which I had to squeegee off. No biggie but it’d be nice if they covered the windshield or got some better ventilation or wiped it off before returning the car to me

Been going here for 5 years. I moved out of the area to Kanata a couple years ago and still keep coming back! Great service and very friendly people. 12/10 would recommend.

I've been waiting 20 days to hear anything in response to an email I sent. In March 2022 I was involved in a collision outside this garage. Since I'd previously used this shop for regular maintenance I decided to have the mechanical and body work done there.As part of the repairs covered by my insurance the front bumper of my car was replaced and painted by this shop.Not even 2 years later the paint is bubbling and flaking off. Not impressed with the work or lack of response. Do not recommend having body work done here.Service: Painting

Rude staff.I kindly asked that if they are using Paizer as their POS processor as I been getting calls from Paizer telling me that Krown is their partner and etc. I asked to call if this is the case and the staff basically shut me down without even really listening what I asked them in the first place. Their reply really shows how much they care.

I brought my vehicles to mcconville's garage for over 10 years great people reliable and very honest unfortunately with the new owners and the old time mechanic Rich it has changed . I brought my 2005 Mitsubishi outlander suv to them with 2 small problems I have a small leak on my gas tank and 1 small leak on a brake line. The new owner got back to me saying it will cost $3000 the tank needs to be replaced and will be 6 hrs and cost $1000 and all my brake lines needs to be replaced another 6 hrs $1000 and another $700 to fix seized callipers. I called back and talked to the mechanic Rich if he can just patch the gas tank he said no and ask if he can change the one brake line he said no they need to be all replaced so I asked ok can you do all the brake lines $1000 then bleed and I’ll do the callipers and the tank he said no he’s not able to bleed them with seized callipers. So I said forget it I’ll just pick it up and go somewhere else and Rich said don’t forget to return the rental. I brought my suv to the mechanic also in Ottawa that sold me the car and was ready in 2 days. He said they patched the gas tank and fixed the 1 brake line and told me the callipers are not seized and it only cost $452 with tax. Iam posting this because Iam so upset and almost paid $3000 just give you a warning for bringing your vehicles to mcconville's garage new owners and rich the mechanic is taking advantage. So sad they carry that name still .

My tire had a flat, Got to Krown Vanier with my spare on & they were able to get me out of the lot all fixed up in under 30 minutes
