I appreciate the knowledgable staff and the outstanding service I received at Kinetic Solutions. I wanted a buy-it-for-life premium olympic bar for my home gym, and Kinetic Solutions was definitely the place to go for a great selection of bars and a great price!

Kinetic Solutions has been outstanding from the beginning. If there were SIX stars - or more - I'd give them those. Here's why: We bought a Hydrow rowing machine in January of 2022. It has been a TERRIFIC rower; I love it and use it regularly. Recently, however, I discovered a nickel-sized spot of oil underneath it and wrote to Hydrow. I never saw any further oil - but they advised that I could continue to use the rower while they investigated what to do. I heard from Kinetic Solutions shortly after that and then they called to make an appointment to come do repairs. A lovely guy showed up and the repair was done quickly. They are an incredible business in every way and we appreciate that more than this little box can hold.

I purchased a True M50 elliptical machine from Kinetic Solutions. Frank was able to provide excellent advice during the sales process. I also had Kinetic deliver and install the unit, which was also great. I will shop at Kinetic again.

Bought a Torque Tank MX last year. Service was A1 and sellers were centered on my needs. The product is amazing and still physically challenging. I highly recommend this company and will do business with again.

What an unexpected pleasure to meet this guy and find this merchant. An unnamed “big box” store took my original order and promptly messed it up, almost destroying my partner’s birthday in the process. Kinetic Solutions was there when I needed them, with both the merchandise and the opposite of a “big box” attitude. I appreciate it.

I don't know why I haven't left a review sooner! Everyone who works at Kinetic is absolutely fantastic. Helped me assemble when I built my gym and have offered great advice even afterwards. Honest people. Great equipment. I shopped around a lot for a supplier and happy I settled here. Perfect experience

Extraordinary service and nothing but professionalism from Kinetic Solutions. I live 2hrs out of town and was in the area, made a quick phone call in which Frank gathered my contact info and sent me detailed emails with pictures of what was currently in stock(due to COVID lockdown). Took less than 20 mins and I had all necessary equipment purchased and loaded. Absolutely recommend this company and have no complaints.

We wanted quality equipment and great customer service and we found it. The staff were knowledgeable and listened to what we were asking for in a cardio machine. We purchased a Keiser M5i strider/elliptical. Fantastic machine, small footprint and you can feel the excellent quality in operation. I recommend Kinetic Solutions and the Keiser (they make awesome bikes too) without reservation.

Frank Kelly helped me with purchasing my weight plates and bars over the phone. He was very courteous, caring and patient. After calling multiple fitness depots and equipment stores with no luck and less than standard service, it was such a relief and pleasure to talk to Frank! Even though he was quite busy on the line and with in-person customers, he took the time to call me back after hours. That is customer service at its best. Thanks so much Frank! I would highly recommend kinetic solutions for your fitness equipment!
