Amazing customer service. Friendly staff & great advice on what type of shoes would best-fit your kids!
The size that my son needed wasn’t in stock so they ordered it. My son fell asleep as we were in our way to pick up and they brought my order to my car.

Albeit busy, parents were in and out with the EXACT PERFECT FOOTWARE in no time.
Laura saved me so much time. She looked at size, asked activity level, temperatures, was sooooo patient with my son, looked at the footbed, gave high-fives for running in the shoes and was a genuine delight to this tired moms soul.
Every parent ought to put this place on their bucket list.
Im happy to report my kid will be dry and comfortable all winter long. And that pays dividends.

Rob the shoeman and his staff are at a level of professionalism, and have expertise that is rare nowadays. We drive all the way east across town to get the best fit and quality shoes for our little ones. Your kids growing feet are their foundation, don't screw around with loser kid shoe stores that don't give a crap about your kids. Go to the kiddy kobbler on st. Laurent.

Amazing experience, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Bought our daughters first pair of shoes today and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. They even gave us a polaroid to remember the moment.

When we come to Ottawa from Toronto, we get my kids shoes at Kiddie Kobbler St Laurent. They always have the best selection and service. The kids are always overjoyed!

The staff are super heroes!
I can not say enough about their patience, not only with the kids, but also with the parents (some of whom get pretty cranky with the staff) Rob was amazing with my daughter who just wanted to run laps in every single pair of shoes he brought out, but also being contrary, was being difficult with putting them on. With just a couple of parameters of what we were looking for, he brought out the best options, and switched it up on the fly as my daughter gave feedback (she's only 3 & 3/4, but opinionated). We took up a bunch of his time, but not once did he make us feel rushed and listened/answered all of our questions and concerns.
I highly recommend Kiddie Kobbler St. Laurent and will continue to bring my children here. (He also shoed me as a child, win for family run business!)

I visited the Kanata location and left with a pair of shoes, but I had a feeling they didn't fit my daughter quite right. So, I decided to visit this location instead, and I was incredibly impressed by the service we received from the owner. His love for children and passion for his work are evident, and his expertise is outstanding. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
