What a great experience I had today when I was shopping at Jack & Jones. It means so much to me as a consumer who shops here at this specific location regularly to see the associates providing me with such unique and heartfelt care, especially when you factor in my circumstance...
My relative had passed away recently, and this caused a unexpected delay in a exchange that I was looking to do. You know, most sales associates would tell you " we're sorry to hear that but unfortunately so and so and this is the store policy."... This is the last thing I would have wanted to hear and bless Simoni's sweet kind soul, she gave me the complete opposite of that. Simoni provided me with the most tender of service I've received in years, her level of professionalism, her knowledge of store product and all-around experience is truly second to none. In my opinion, Simoni is an asset to the Jack & Jones company, she should be commended and recognized for her tremendous efforts. She was a shining star who was able to put a smile on my face the whole time I was there up until the second I left. Thank you Simoni for everything you did for me. I will never forget you, nor what you did for me today. You went over in the yard your call of duty, and you very clearly used your discretion where a lot of people avoid using it and for that, I am extremely grateful and thankful.
It is people like yourself that keep me coming to this location. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I wish you the best of the very best. Take care!

Would give no stars if I could, don't even deserve the one!
Staff on phones,
No acknowledgement of me coming into store.
Music so loud I can't hear myself think.
Not good vibes at all.

Went in for the black friday deals and left with the whole store in my bag practically. Really tall guy and the girl in the toque were extremely helpful, forgot to ask their names but the girl helped me pick out a whole outfit for my boyfriend. Seems like a happy staff, everyone was great!

Terrible, rude manager, pushy staff.
Except Peniel - no commission, so happily returned what I bought. If he received commission I would have kept my items because he was great.
I only blame the manager - who was curt, dismissive, and rude. She does the training, but she was also by far the worst of all three staff working at the time.
Nonetheless - take care, and please try to do better. If corporate reads these reviews I'd be open to talking about this more.

On Saturday, I came into jack&jones and I was looking around trying to find the perfect outfit. Simoni helped me a lot on finding me a perfect fall outfit, until an elderly lady I think is the manger came along starting being mean as well as her staff. Being pushy and Judging on my outfits as well as her service which I mention was beyond perfect words can’t describe the sheer appreciation I feel. I suggest head office to take some action on the elderly lady’s ethic
