received two defective gel polishes - I already paid shipping once for the original order and was made to pay an additional $25 to have replacement product sent out, I am sorry but if a product is defective and not working - your customer shouldn't have to pay an additional shipping charge to have the products replaced, this order should have been fixed at no cost to me - will not shop here again.. poor customer service all around

As other people have noted they sell goods that are either defective damaged recalledPurchased clippers that was clearly open box and had been tampered withThey claim that this is done on purpose to ensure all items are in the boxRespectfully if you sell 100% legit items that are under warranty from manufacturersThen there is no need to open the box prior to shippingPure scam artists avoid at all costs
