I can’t say enough about the impeccable service I got from Mohammed at Instant Imprint Ottawa. When I tell you he went above and beyond for my small business. I failed to say when I needed the items I ordered for and when he learned at the last min that I needed it the next day he went out of his way to produce so I could have them for my expo. The quality is also top tier quality and I will definitely continue to work with him. Thank you Mohammed, I truly appreciate you.

Absolutely amazing experience. I called with a last minute order as my previous supplier had fallen through and Mohammed responded quickly, talked me through my options and had the order ready exactly when I needed it. A+ in customer service. The t-shirts we ordered were great quality too. I highly recommend their services.

King is amazing. We got bumped at the last minute for team shirts and were left with 48 hours. He took care of everything, staying late on a Friday to make sure we got awesome team shirts for Saturday. I can't say enough, great quality shirts and all for a reasonable price. We will be back!

King is awesome!! He has been printing our team jerseys for many years now and they always look amazing. He takes pride in a job well done. His shop is very busy so you may need to be a little patient at times but you will definitely appreciate the final product. Thank you King, I will be back next year!

"I am very disappointed with the service provided by this printer. Firstly, the job was not delivered on time, which caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. Additionally, I found that the The prices were exorbitant for the quality of the work provided. Finally, the work itself was not well done - the stickers I ordered were not cut correctly and this made them difficult to use. I would not recommend this printer to other customers."

King was unbelievably responsive and helpful. I had artwork made for my dads 90th birthday and King imprinted onto a sweatshirt and ballcap for me. He answered my questions through emails and phone calls and helped so much to make sure I would get a great result!!! I had received recommendations about King from 2 good friends of mine. And now I will certainly add my recommendation as well.

Best experience I've ever had! The t shirt I had printed there was ready after only a day! The shop owner was very helpful at helping me layout the design on the t shirt, and he made an effort to have it ready the next day as I was on a tight schedule.10/10 would recommend

horrible service. don’t go here. they told me my shirt would be ready the next day, and i came in 3 days later and the shirt was not ready, 2 days after they said it would be. they did not call me to inform me at all and when i asked why they didn’t call me he responded with “i forgot to” horrible and unorganized

I had a custom T shirt printed there many years ago. Screen print. My experience there was second to none. King made suggestions for the quality of my image and i followed his expert advice. All that to say my T 6 years later, still looks like the day i bought it. The highest quality, fair price, but the finished product is stellar. Other printers confirmed to me that they could not produce the quality. I have more projects to work with in the near future. Thanks King.
