Had to buy the suit online, Used measurements from a local tailor but the suit didn't fit when I received it. Made the 3 1/2 hour drive to Ottawa. It was worth every minute of driving the team at the Ottawa store was amazing. Had me come in, pinned all the alterations and their tailor took care of it while I waited.

Well what can I say
The experience was awsome went in greeted with respect took 1 hour and everything was history.... was quick and easy / my suit is ready for my wedding coming up in November as they said it would take 30 days to recive .. everything fits perfect the pants around the waist need a small ajustment made another appointment for that 2 weeks late everything perfect again ... I'm.ready for my big day .. A big Thank You you will see me again . Love it ????

I booked an appointment to get the measurements for the customized suit an hour before the store closes. I was overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of the manager Fab, who explained every fabric, design and measurement details clearly and patiently. When I saw the jacket and pants he grabbed me during fine-tuning already fitted me almost perfectly I knew I was in good hands. The whole measurement process went smooth and efficient, and I can't wait for my customized suit to arrive.

We had a lovely experience working with Indochino at the Rideau Centre. They were kind, and so helpful. We had suits made for the groom, father and brother of the bride, and the groomsmen.
The staff at Indochino were awesome to work with, particularly with my brother who has a disability and required some extra accommodations. Fab at Indochino worked with my brother and I was very touched by the patience and respect offered to my brother, they made him feel very special and I'm still hearing him talk about this experience months later.
Huge thanks to everyone working there for their professionalism, kindness, and craft!

I went in to get sized up for a wedding and had the pleasure of getting mine done by B. Every little detail was put into consideration for the suit. You must get an appointment here, which is nice as you will not be disappointed with the level of service you receive to get fitted.

I recently visited Indochino and had an exceptional experience thanks to the manager, Fab Masferrer. He took the time to understand my needs, provided expert advice, and ensured I found the perfect suit. The quality of the suits and the store's ambiance were excellent, but Fab's professionalism and dedication truly stood out. Highly recommend this store for anyone in need of a great suit and outstanding customer service!

I'm a good customer of Indochino. I've been in several times over the years to buy suits and shirts. Great product! The last two times, one of which was today, I was helped by Ricky. Not only is Ricky knowledgeable, he is extremely helpful, precise in his measurements and friendly. His customer service orientation is really A+. I felt listen to, understood and he had fantastic recommendations which I took. He is an asset to that company and they should invest in him further. Going forward, I will only work with Ricky.
