Terrible customer service. We ordered over $1000 worth of furniture and they simply never delivered it. So far I've spent over 4 hours dealing with customer service to find out where it is, what happened to it, and wasted an entire day of my weekend waiting for a delivery that never showed up.
Update: They offered to pay for a car rental to move the items that they failed to deliver - after we rented a car and sent them the bill, they refused to honour their offer and stiffed us for it.

This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. I waited over 45 minutes for a refund to be processed only so I could re-pay the same purchase using three separate cards, due to arbitrary and inconsistently enforced policies.
Staff insisted their system would not allow split payments on the same card—yet when a supervisor stepped in, it suddenly worked. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he blamed me and still forced payment across three different cards.
To make things worse, they refused to accept the remaining $41 balance, despite it being on the same card already used. The entire situation was unnecessarily drawn out, inefficient, and handled with zero accountability or customer care.
This experience reflects poor training, inconsistent policy enforcement, and complete disregard for customers’ time. I will never shop at IKEA again—this is an official boycott. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same.

Had the best experience today visiting from the UK! We arrived right at closing but the delightful Randy let us in to try our luck with whatever food they had left and we managed to get exactly what we wanted! Wonderful staff on Sunday evening, including Conner and Michelle as well.
Will definitely return the next time we’re in the country! Love you IKEA :)

When I went they were playing lullaby Christmas music and it was like a nightmare as I navigated a way too big Market Hall to try to find the very specific things I wanted. Anyways, IKEA is alright and the price is right, but I do prefer Facebook Marketplace.
