Awful customer service.. they always have some sort of excuse of why they didn't have it ready even though you called ahead hours and hours before.. just for you to show up and stand there as they talk.. I don't know how you can do a recount (didn't actually need a recount you just didn't do your job earlier) while you're gabbing away..do that when the customers are out of the store. Rude

Asked to return medication and receive my money $100.00 for medication. Cancelled any further association and asked money back.
Told no by pharmacist they will not give me back my money.
I will not back down
Look further into other ways.

I switched 3 years ago after I moved. Used to be with Shoppers Drug Mart on Bank at Gladstone.
That was an awful Pharmacy, could never ever reach the pharmacists on the phone.
So I " switched' to Bell Pharmacy.
This pharmacy I used to be happy with. Seem to have gotten "sloppy recently". The store has recently been refurbished.
They accused me l of coming there in person that same day I called. I never went there. And lie to you on the phone saying " delivery" after 1 by driver and nobody shows up after you wait all day, nobody comes, then they have the nerve to say your refills of important drugs are not due for another 4 days after you have run out. Why don't they tell you that when you were on the phone with them instead of lying saying " delivery driver will bring them after 1!".
Also they frequently put you on " hold on the phone" but never get back to you after you waited forever. Ridiculousness!!
I would switch to the pharmacy cross the street from where I live but they are very small and close too early. Not a good selection of over the counter meds.
Different employees tell you different things on the phone. Not very organized in my opinion.
As I wait on hold forever once again.......

Fantastic experience with this compounding pharmacy and Edward over the weekend. They were one of few compounding pharmacies open Sunday, and we needed to fill a prescription for our son. They didn’t have all the ingredients, but Edward phoned around on our behalf and found another pharmacy that was open with everything we needed.

The pharmacists, and staff have always been extremely helpful, helping to find OTC products when needed, and always take time to answer questions. They are the only pharmacy I've ever used, who call when a prescription is ready. Cassim worked with me to find alternative medications, making recommendations to my Health Care Practitioner when I was without benefits. Great little pharmacy!
