“Thrill to say it's a children friendly hotel.We were travelling and had to pass Ottawa. My sons needed to go washroom urgently. The frontline staff, maybe a manager, she is very nice and friendly, kindly smile on her face, allowed my sons and me to go washroom. Although we were not a room guest, we felt welcome and comfortable.My family and I have ever stayed in many Sheraton Hotels from other countries. This was the most impressive experience even though I requested the washroom for my sons. Hope we will be a room guest in this hotel in the near future when we will travel Ottawa again.”

“I used to be a customer here and There is a new owner and manager now. There have been a lot of upgrades and it's much better. Both the owner and manager are really nice. I recommend this place.”

“We stayed for 1 night after the conference. The drive was about 15 min from downtown Ottawa. There were 6 charges for electric vehicles - free of charge. There was thermal hot tub/ swimming pool outside with jets and sitting area, dry sauna - open 8 am till 10 pm.
There were bath robes and towels in the room. Front desk service was exceptional, no problem with late check in - everything was smooth and fast. Free coffee in the lobby, lots of sitting area, gym, lockers & a restaurant - all you need. Bed was comfy with a puffy duvet. Good experience. We'll be back!”

“We stayed here for two nights with our dog. The staff were all wonderful. We lost our room keys and they were so accommodating of our carelessness. Sorry and thank you! The room was a bit small, there is no microwave oven or kettle in the room. If you want to heat up any leftovers, you’ll have to go to the lobby and use the lone microwave oven there. Breakfast service was very good!

Walkability: You can walk to the history museum, the Alexandra bridge to cross the river and enter Ottawa, the Voyageurs trail which takes you along the river, the tourism office.”
