“We stayed in a suite, it was very big, and nice. You need to park at the mall, because the hotel's parking is under construction. The area is close to everything, and it's nice. Check your car at the parking lot. We had a coffee cup left on the roof of our car, and it wasn't our coffee, so it wasn't the nicest thing. Security guards came and they said that they are patrolling the parking lot but this kind of stuff can happen. So be aware.
Rooms: Rooms are good. We had a suite, it was nice.
Food & drinks: Restaurants near the hotel, very nice, and with tasty food.”

“Thrill to say it's a children friendly hotel.We were travelling and had to pass Ottawa. My sons needed to go washroom urgently. The frontline staff, maybe a manager, she is very nice and friendly, kindly smile on her face, allowed my sons and me to go washroom. Although we were not a room guest, we felt welcome and comfortable.My family and I have ever stayed in many Sheraton Hotels from other countries. This was the most impressive experience even though I requested the washroom for my sons. Hope we will be a room guest in this hotel in the near future when we will travel Ottawa again.”
