“Absolutely amazing experience with this company. There was a small issue with receiving the wrong items in my order. Let me start by saying it was Christmas time so I can only imagine how many orders they were packing in a day so the item mix up was forgivable. I emailed their support team and within 2 business day they had sent my order plus a return label for the item I received mistakenly. Excellent customer service, super friendly! I will shop here time and time again!!!”

I was pleasantly surprised that they had a BOGO special for their shadow boxes, so I stocked up on those big time. The staff are always super friendly and very helpful for finding what I need.

“We went here to get some prints framed. The staff at the framing desk were really helpful! And the pictures were ready in less than 2 weeks and look great!
Only weird thing is a lot of the merchandise is locked up. I tried to look at some watercolours that were on sale, but didn't find any staff around to unlock the display. Looked like mostly just the higher end supplies and small items (individual markers) were locked.”
