I bought a gold chain, and had a ring resized here. The store is filled with beautiful pieces with impeccable craftsmanship. The owner was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly, creating such a pleasant shopping experience. I really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness, which gave me complete peace of mind, while making a large purchase. I have always received excellent service at this jewellery store in Chinatown. It has been a family store for decades and is now run by Phong. Our family has bought gold chains and had numerous necklaces and rings resized or altered. Phong is a very skilled craftsman and always takes the time to understand what we wish him to do. He gives great advice about our jewellery and whether or not it requires repair. He is totally honest and our repairs have always been on time. I would recommend him 100 %.

THE mother was my first encounter with this shop in early 1980sThen I met his father , his brother Wee then him. He started taking over mid 90s and have been managing since. He did a lot of custom made pieces for me using my gold. Labor fee was reasonablethen.I moved to the Maritimes and I miss his work.

I come back regularly for quick fixes. Great quality every time! Highly recommend for any jewelry repair as he does it in-house and is much quicker than standard mall jewelry stores that have to send them out for repair.

I love this place! Amazing gold jewelry! The jeweler (I don't know his name, I know I'm horrible) is VERY TALENTED. His gold pieces are unique and beautiful and he can make literally anything. You just need to go to him with an idea and sketch and he will make it. Totally recommend!

My whole family has come here to fix jewelry and they do a great job. I only gave 4/5 because once they closed in the midday and it meant having to return again so I now call ahead if I want to go there so I know it’s open. Otherwise trustworthy place to go.
