I cannot thank Hertz Car Rental enough for their outstanding service during a very difficult time for my family. Selena, in particular, was incredibly helpful and compassionate as we dealt with a family bereavement. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made a challenging situation much easier to handle. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless one. I highly recommend Hertz and want to commend Selena for her exceptional support.

Completely unprofessional. Provided me with a dirty truck with Tim Hortons napkins in it. Had no exhaust fluid in the tank. The mileage was terrible. 94 litre for 300 km all highway going 100km/hr. Was on low windshield washer fluid. Then charged me for 2 days when I delivered it to them with more diesel than what I received it with. I said for 2 hours you are charging me an extra day when I drop it off at around noon. He said yes. The parking lot is a moon scape mud pit.

Absolutely wonderful service at this location, the most helpful and understanding staff! I was running late to pick up the vehicle and they waited 20 min past closing so I could pick up the car. Cannot recommend them enough!

I was rent a car on March 2024 about four days. They charge me one day extra no reason and the car was very dirty and I found a bandage in the door and all gummy everything under the seat and the car wasn’t clean the Manager wasn’t any friendly

Ali was really horrible. He is the worst agent i have ever dealt with. He was very rude, unprofessional and aggressive. He needs to go for several courses on how to deal with customers

Based on my rental I rented for a week I did not have a reservation. I was able to sent the same day I show up . Car was clean and comfortable Honda CRV Hybrid
Only thing that bothered me is the insirance 45.99 ot is a rip off i did not tale ot though

I recently rented a van from Hertz on a Monday, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ali, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood all the options available and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. The van was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Thanks to Ali's excellent customer service, I will definitely be choosing Hertz for my future car rental needs. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Hertz Car Rental on Merivale Road. Noah and Assistant Manager Chris provided exceptional service. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I'm very satisfied with my rental experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

This place is a scam. Don't rent a car there. I rented a small Sudan and when I picked it up it was an unexpected SUV. I returned it on Sunday in good condition. Monday the staff called me to come in to file an accident report. When I arrived the car was not there, they showed me pictures of damages in a computer without a license plate. When I asked for the car, they told me it had been taken to their garage to get it fixed. They told me it was my fault and asked me to file a report because the car model matched the car I drove. They even had all of the crucial information spread out on the countertop so I could complete it as quickly as possible. Why did they move the car before I got a chance to see the damage, if there were damages why the license plate was not shown, and why would you take a car to get it fixed when I have my own insurance? My insurance would have fixed it. A total scam and a total waste of my time. An act of desperation trying to steal people's hard-earned money. Disgusting! I wish I could give zero stars, but apparently, there is no option to put minus minus zero stars.
