“This place is a godsend. I've been getting meals from here every week for the past month or so, and I at least partially attribute the improvements in not only my physical health, but my mental health, to it.I get the vegan meals because I'm a vegetarian, and I've loved almost all of them. In addition, my mother who is new to the concept of meal prep services felt inspired by me to try Meal Prep Ottawa, and she finds it very convenient because she usually doesn't feel up to cooking after she arrives home from her hour-long bus ride from work at 1:15 in the morning. We also both like the fact that MPO helps reduce plastic waste by making their containers returnable.I hope this place stays in business for as long as possible. I would be heartbroken if it went out of business, especially since it's only about a fifteen minute walk away from where I live and I can't afford a car.I attached a picture of the meal whose name gave me and my mom a laugh because we found it funny.”
