They simply haven't answered the phone. 24 calls today and not one answer. I am not chasing down a company to take my money. Garbage customer service.Update: got a phone call to say the apointment I had done online/they had confirmed via e-mail was double booked and thus cancelled. When I mentioned trying by phone with the 24 calls, was told too bad it is cancelled. Seriously, do not give them your business!

H&R needs to seriously close this branch. I cannot get my calls answered for the last week and a half, and when I do, I’m treated with an immediate attitude by the receptionist! I have filed my taxes with H&R block for years now and it never took them more than a day, this branch is just something else…

What a nightmare , trying to file my dad’s taxes since Sept., still not done ., don’t return calls or emails, person always has to “ give them to a senior person , come back” and then they aren’t there. It’s like it’s an overwhelming mystery every time I come in This time waiting an hour to be told “ he’s working on it”. H& R should be embarrassed to have this mess associated with their nameUpdate! I just got the paperwork back ….they have done nothing. While the account accumulated debt and I agonized about my deceasedfather’s taxes, they did nothing…. There is no zero stars posting!

Went to file my taxes and get the instant refund that they so openly advertise and got denied because I was a first time customer. Even though I called the location 3 times throughout the day to double check only to get denied. Don’t file here staff is not very knowledgeable. Also I know a bunch of people who got the instant refund while being a first time customer.Thanks H&R block all the referrals I would have given you are now gone. Turbo tax is a better solution.

Told me I'd get a $700 refund even though I didn't think so. Turns out she made a major error and I ended up owing that much. Not really sure what I paid for.Update: I called the number like they suggested and was told someone would get back to me within three business days. It's going on two weeks now and no word.

Great staff, friendly, but 100% the most expensive way I've done my taxes in 10 years. I will likely not be returning. I was also unable to get a clear answer on the cost beforehand so I was shocked when it was over $100. I don't recommend this for those that have basic taxes and are in a low income bracket like myself. Some transparency with your clients about prices is my advice. Thank you. ?

I was referred to come to this office by the 701 Bank Street location. When I got there I informed the guy I would like to get my income tax done, He asked if I would drop it off I asked if I could stay and have it done. He made me feel like I was disturbing them. There was no one in the office but staff. They were rude I don't know where they get there staff from but they need to screen better when they are hiring. A bid shout out to A1 Tax Consultants at St. Laurent Center for there excellent customer service.
