Having had a knee replacement, I cannot get up and down the stairs..yesterday the wonderful employee Simon did my upstairs shopping..this is the second time Simon has helped me. He is just awesome..all my items delivered to the front cashiers. Once again, thank you Simon for your amazing help.

In the recent months, there has been a noticeable improvement in the establishment's customer service and overall management. The store is no longer as crowded as it used to be, and the accuracy of the sales information has greatly improved. Today, I encountered an issue with a product, and the staff promptly resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and appreciate the efforts made to ensure my satisfaction.

Consistently better prices than other grocery stores. Pretty good selection. At this location you need to be careful when items are on sale because the sale price frequently doesn't match the scanned price, but they will honour the sale price if you bring it up. Not wheelchair accessible.

Pretty good selection....good prices...most staff are great.....lots of junkies, cigarette smokers out front almost daily now....not pleasant to breathe....nice to have this location in Hintonburg.

available here, but not many to your expectations. Food, clothing, kitchen stuff, living room stock etc... to explore in 3 levels :
main floor, basement and upstairs.

I wanna start by saying that Suzanne is an amazing & understating worker ! While I was in line to cash out, I was looking at something and suddenly a guy stole my spot. Suzanne saw that right away and opened up another cash register for me to cash out my items.. and that is customer service, care, & satisfaction ! That was very professional and heart touching Suzanne ! You’re amazing just the way you are !! Keep up the good work ?!
