Great store for golf they have everything you need. Only problem is location are too far. I live in the city. I wish they had a location on Merriville where every major corporation has a store to drive to for one second is way too far.

Great place to try clubs. Always take your own to compare as distances seem 20-25 yards inflatef

Customer Service does not exist at this location. I purchased a Theragun Elite online. It showed up and did not charge or work. I called customer service and they stated there was Theraguns in stock at the Kanata location and to attend for an exchange. I then called the Kanata location and spoke to a lady on the phone who confirmed they had them in the store. I drove there and then they told me they had none. I was told I needed to do a warranty exchange. I spoke to the manager to exchange the Theragun. She said no problem and it will be in next week and I will receive a call when it is in. Three weeks later and still no phone call. So I called. Turns out she didn’t put the warranty order through and it will be another week. Two weeks go by. I called and was told again it’ll be next week. I asked if the papers were in and they said I think so. This place doesn’t care and just gives you the run around. They are happy to take your money but don’t care about the customers.
Save your time and go to another location. This one sucks.

Would be nice to see more women's clothing in reds or other warm earth tones.... just saying. 😏

What I thought was a great store, turned very quickly into a “never shopping here again” experience. While initially friendly and helpful while shopping, I came back after four days of using my new clubs as the adjustment screw in my driver head snapped during adjustment. One of the “pro fitters” listened to my concern, and when I asked if they had any ideas, his response was “we’ve got nothing for you, try somewhere else”. When queried about swapping the broken screw with a demo club (remember, mine was 4 days old) he laughed and simply replied “no”. Zero attempt to suggest anything else (not even suggesting to come back to speak with their pro shop).
I called the Trainyards location and within 30 minutes had a new screw in my club (and a lesson on how to adjust it!).

Had a great experience in this store multiple times. Everyone was friendly and helped me out as much as they could. Special shoutout to John who went above and beyond when helping with a warranty situation. Will definitely be coming back here when I need anything.

Easy to get to but not the best selection and the staff did not acknowledge us or help us when we came in, which was disappointing because we were looking to make a specific purchase that day but there was no one around to ask for help. Likely won’t return to this location

Awful service at this location staff is very unhelpful, if they even try to help. Save yourself and go to Trainyards.

The Kanata store is absolutely stellar. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff, quick and comprehensive service, a well stocked and clean store, and everyone goes out of their way to acknowledge regulars when they're in the shop. What more could you ask for?

Very clean and organized, not a large selection for lefties in putters
