I was looking for some cigars and humidity packs. I was just making small talk while paying about what type of cigars I liked, he said “why are you telling me this”? The old man behind the counter was super rude and sarcastic. Never coming back.

It’s a shame this is the only convince store along here. The guy behind the counter was trying to get me and my girlfriend to run over and get him a coffee from McDonald’s. just a let down of a store.

Great guy, I came in looking for zyn nicotine pouches he didn't have them but kindly offered an alternative that turned out to be a great product..he then apologized for not having the original one I asked for. No worries my man! Good service

Massive sign out front that says lottery center. But if you go inside to buy a lottery ticket, they don't sell them. Very misleading. Looks like they have been raided by the RCMP and CRA before so they're probably no longer allowed to sell lottery tickets.

Most of the tobacco products are stale and dried up unfortunately. And this is from going multiple times, not just one experience. Even though its a "smoke" shop I wouldnt recommend going there for any tobacco products

Terrible service. I was browsing the store with a couple of friends when the man intervenes and tells me to leave and only one person should be allowed in the store. But remember, he was not doing it because of Covid, he was not doing it to make room for other customers, he was just trying to boost his ego as a “boss”. He didn’t have a single other customer in the store, we were not “sketchy” at all either, we had no bags to steal anything yet he still was rude. I was not sketchy at all as u was standing in front of the counter where he was, browsing the chocolate bars from ~1 meter away. I can’t believe how you can try to run a business but be as unprofessional as trying to shoo away customers. Hopefully this place goes out of business.

WARNING WARNING WARNINGTerrible business practices. Business owner does not provide transaction receipt nor does he provide refund as outlined by buyers remorse law. I warned the owner I would call police to file complaint. The business will be reported to CRA and HST as well. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Terrible experience at this shop. Owner refused to provide a receipt (illegal) after purchase. After trying product out (cellphone cord and charging block) and learning that it wasn't compatible with my cellphone,... I went back about 30m later to return the charging block only and he refused and said "no refund" well mister, I don't know how long you've been in Canada for but that's illegal and CRA and BBB will be notified of your shady practices. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I want to be fair, nothing against who ever spoke with me over the phone, but clearly no professionalism!In short, asked for info about the equivalent to European cigarettes in the Canadian market … the wall never answered!

While the magazine selection is good, the customer service is terrible. The various employees are rude, impatient and make inappropriate jokes and comments. One of the staff joked they would kill me if I came in again between him mopping. Not funny, do not shop here.
