I’ve been wanting to visit this store for a long time, and I finally did. Very happy. Great, friendly service. I bought a suit and the alterations were perfect - so far, a great experience. I the. Went back a few weeks later and purchased a made-to-measure dress shirt. Picked up the shirt and it’s perfect. The shirt fits me, a larger, plump body style, better than any off-the-shelf shirts I’ve tried or purchased in the past. I see why this local store has been around for so many years and I’m glad I went to check them out.

Walked in this store randomly looking for a new belt to go with my professional wardrobe. There was a good amount of selection. The store was well-lit, professional-looking and welcoming. There was a good music on and a good ambience. Staff was helpful. All in all , an excellent place to shop for formal wear, and also an opportunity to support a local business.

I'm very very dissapointed in my experience here. I was looking for a Tux for my wedding and suits for my best men. I called to book an appointment and they said I could just walk in, awesome! So I walked in... I had to wait 30 minutes before someone would help me.The person helping me was the older man, he didn't explain how sizing worked so I gave him my regular size (apparently it's different for formal wear). When I was trying on the clothes I stepped out and stepped on a needle that was hiding in the carpet. Which wasn't much fun. As it turns out they didn't have what I was looking for in my size in stock. They told me they would call around to see if they could find a suit that would fit me, a few days later they called and said they didn't have any in the style I wanted. I told them it's ok and that I had found a tux somewhere else. All of this is ok, slightly annoying and frustrating but not worthy of a one star review, what pushed me to write this review is the customer service I received today.Last week I got a call from the store saying my suit had arrived... I never ordered a suit through them and thought It was a mistake so I didn't respond to the message they left. Today a lady called me and told me my suit was there and told me, in a less than kind tone, that the suit had been there for a week and asking why I hadn't called them back. Confused I told her I never ordered a suit from them and in fact I got my suit from Moore's. She then just hung up on me. Thinking it was a dropped call I called her back and she said she hung up because I said I didn't order a suit. So yeah... If you want good customer service I could not in good conscience recommend this store. I had high hopes but they were quickly dashed.

Wonderful staff and impeccable service. Some how, the goods in which they offer and provide are even better. Definitely a go-to when looking for something from a suit for a wedding, for work or any formal event for that matter!

Husband purchased his suit for our wedding here - incredible experience with Patrick. Patrick was very attentive to my husband during each appointment, and the suit alterations turned out perfectly. The groomsmen rented their suits here as well, and were pleased by their experience as well!

Incredible place, I had the best experience purchasing my wedding Tux here. Pat and Rene are experts and made the process very enjoyable. the alteration came out so good and the Tuxedo looks so good. definitely recommend this place for anyone buying formal wear.
