My friend was followed around the store. It has never happened to me (I’m east Asian) when I come to this store, and I know the store is small. It’s absolutely unnecessary and unbelievable that the security would do that because you can see the whole store from standing in the front. My friend is so hurt and it discouraged her from ever shopping there again. I strongly believe she was profiled and made to feel uncomfortable so that she would leave. The worst part is we both have worked in this mall for years in clothing retail, so we know exactly what goes into the training process.

Store is very easy to navigate. All staff are extremely polite and respectful. The girl with the pink hair (I can’t remember her name, sorry!) was extremely helpful and kind

Staff was so rude and unhelpful?? No one bothered to greet me and had to wait at the cash while they talked without even acknowledging me. I’ll stick with Bayshore thanks.

Convinced they train the staff at this location to be mean, cold, and never smile? Well organized and clean but I’d rather order online than deal with the negative mean girl energy in this store. Although I have seen basic white girls with balayages get really good service, so maybe if you fit that profile you’ll have better luck :)

I went to go to the fitting rooms and I was being clearly profiled by the woman with blonde hair. She was tall-ish working The fitting room December 2 at 5 o’clock and she wasn’t checking anyone’s bags or asking anyone to leave their bags except for me. She counted my clothes in my hand, but not anyone else’s. It was clearly racial profiling because I was Middle Eastern and there was a bunch of white kids and she wasn’t checking their bags. I am appalled with the service, and she lied right to my face. I wasn’t able to catch her name, but I hope she gets a good talking to Not to mention, she was white.

Super lovely girl named Simone was helping me out. usually I don’t particularly enjoy going shopping but she made my experience worth it super kind and overall 10/10 experience thanks to her !

Sym is the worst manager i have ever dealt with. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t know how to pull up a receipt. I have worked in retail 6 years and wanted to hop the counter and do it myself. Horrible attitude and didn’t even get my money back. Don’t shop here! Go to Bayshore trust me.

Amazing customer service! I needed to return an unworn item but I had removed the tag, so Amber suggested that I exchange it for items of the same value. I was very pleased because the St-Laurent location didn't offer any help at all. Thank you Amber!!
