Visited this store from out of town a few days ago. What started as a trip to buy sweaters for my wife and daughter turned into a great experience from associates who went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I have been a sales and marketing executive for over 20 years and can say that Violet went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. A promotion is in order if you would like to retain this superstar.
