As a practitioner, I would say that this is an amazing service to be able to provide to your clients/patients. It is nice to make passive income recommending products that you know and believe in. The only complaint that I have is that Fullscript has an extremely unfriendly inefficient search engine. It is frustrating and I've shared this feedback with them to no avail. They respond but tell me how easy it is to use, and explain it to me, but I consistently run into extremely frustrating attempts to find products that I know they have. I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

My heat sensitive probiotics arrived warm. I tried contacting customer service because I didn’t even get a shipping notification that they were arriving. They were very unapologetic about it. I have since started buying vitamins elsewhere.

Their return policy is the worst, the buyer pays return cost, also refund may take upto 3 weeksThe same medicines r either cheaper or same price at your local natural stores so why take the pain

Very fast shipping and quality supplements. Pricing is usually competitive with Amazon.ca and well.ca. Customer service has been great when I've needed it.

Love their high-quality catalog of vitamins, supplements, minerals, and personal care products. I need to take a bunch of iron and vitamin C supplements and I only trust their products... Fullscript really is the best place to dispense and manage healthcare's best supplements. Makes it SO much easier for my health practitioner to recommend and prescribe to me exactly what I need. Plus, love that their deliveries are certified carbon-neutral!

This company has NO WAY to contact a live person on the website, and all attempts to CANCEL my account online were just an endless loop of cancelling "autoship." My practitioner says he cancelled it. LOOK ELSEWHERE if you are seriously ill and want a responsive health supplements company. Their practices are deceptive and the worst of new-age fluff. NO CONCERN for the customer at all.

No customer service!! VERY unreliable delivery via DHL/USPS!! I’ve done a huge amount of biz w/fullscript. Everytime dhl is the delivery mode, it NEVER arrives on time. Now, I’m w/o critical digestive enzymes I need. Updates said delivery yesterday, out for delivery as late at 9:30 pm last night. The usps is NOT delivering at that hr. ADD insult to injury, when I contacted full script and told them about situation, how I would not be able to digest the food that I eat therefore not getting any nutrients and being extremely sick which is going to also throw me into a metabolic crisis because I’m not getting any nutrients, there response was to credit me a whopping $4.95 in shipping. And told me I could call the post office to find out why/where/when I’d get my package!! That’s there job, not mine!!! I suggested to the rep to overnight me the missing supplements and told him I was outraged, in light of what I’d told him of my situation, he didn’t suggest it and that I had to ASK for it!! He said he get back with me. 2hrs later, nothing!!! Without US, they have no business but I’m treated like it’s a “ privileged” to be their customer!! I’m so done!!

I absolutely love Fullscript! As as a Holistic Nutritionist I use the service a lot for both myself and my clients. In fact, a Client messaged me yesterday from Southern Ontario sharing with me that their order came within 2 days and they were just so impressed. I'm also so proud that it is a that is growing so quickly and adding new features and benefits all the time as well as products! They have truly set up a leading edge service for the Health and Wellness industry and for the benefit of so many prople. Fullscript is also great at providing and producing ongoing educational materials, webinars, and such. I'm so glad I discovered it I highly recommend it@

BUYER BE WARE! My VERY heat sensitive probiotics consistently arrived barely cold with a completely melted ice pack. Today was the last straw when the ice pack and my probiotics arrive HOT despite following all their recommendations for shipping options (using the 1-3 day shipping and ordering at the beginning of the week) will be sourcing my probiotics elsewhere from now on.

I recently ordered two products from Fullscript and paid for the 'premium delivery service' as they were needed as soon as possible for my son. It is now January 27th, 9 days later and I am still not in receipt of the items that were scheduled to be delivered yesterday. When I asked customer service, due to the circumstances, could they please expedite a courier to pick up the order from the warehouse and have it delivered to my home this was not possible. As a business owner I will always instruct my customer service people to do what needs to be done (within reason) to satisy a disatisfied customer and a courier, in my mind, is a completely reasonable request. Unfortunately this was a very disappointing first experience with Fullscript and my last.
