I have been going to Frisby Tire on Industrial Rd for a long time and it is the best place in Ottawa! Excellent service, quality advice, and very competitive pricing. It is extremely well run and I would recommend it to anyone! I visited this location again recently (it is Kal Tire now) I was very impressed. This location is extremely well-managed by 'Francis' and the service I received from Francis and 'Chad' was outstanding. I will definitely go back to this location due to the service I received from both of these individuals. It is very hard to find great service like this these days - professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable!

Wow...these guys are great. Old fashioned service - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.....What more can one ask for!Had a flat....quickly checked and diagnosed....new tire needed...new tire sourced and installed (great discount due to my road hazard warranty) and I was on my way.Thank you Francis and Cris and the fellows behind the scenes who helped....and the ones who had the bad luck of being in front of shop and had to answer my endless queries.See you in the spring for my tire rotation. ;-)Highly recommended by me.

I just need to share that the service here has been great - and they got me out of 2 binds recently with immediate response and minimal wait. While transferring ownership of my vehicle I needed high-end tires (Bridgestone WS-90's) to replace my old winters - and they were able to source from warehouse - same day! Not saying that could always be done, but they saved me a tonne of time with their fast response.And when I had subsequent valve leak - they're customer service warantee covered the issue and got me back on the road immediately. Well done, guys.

They fit me in during an extremely busy time to patch up a flat tire. I have bought three sets of tires with them now. Will definitely be coming back! They'll take care even after the tire purchase! 10/10

Great customer service. I rolled up with no appointment to get my wheels torqued and tire pressure sensors reset and they did it on the spot. Didn't even charge me. I've dealt with other Kal Tires over the years and this shop is right up there.

Very good service and convenient since you can make your appointment online. I had to wait about 30 minutes despite the scheduled time. But it was not a big deal. Definitely recommend their service for a tire change.

Excellent service. I came with a punctured tire and they took my vehicle right away, fixed the puncture, switched the spare with the repaired tire, balanced the tire and good to go, in less than an hour. And the price was just right. 100% recommended

The staff here are really great! A while back they stopped me from putting new tires on for the moment because they assessed that I still had a season left on my old ones. And they did little things like using the fob to try open my trunk for me from the inside when they saw I was outside near my car with my hands full. They were friendly, respectful and made me feel comfortable. I would be happy to get all my tires from this location.

I stopped by to have a tire swapped from a damaged to a good rim. They were able to do it one the spot when other places would take 24 to 48 ours. One young fellow took the time to load my rim and tire and the damaged rim into the back of the truck. These things are heavy! I really appreciate the help, friendly service and fair pricing. Will be back.

Will never go to this place again. I had an issue with my check engine light going on and off so I brought it in. They called me when they were done and my invoice was for $1,800. I was a bit surprised at the cost. They guy on the other end kind of scoffed and acted surprised that I was surprised, in a condescending way. I finally got the car back after some back and forth and funnily enough, the check engine light was still on. I asked them about it and they said it had to do with the air levels in the car and I shouldn't worry about it. I honestly don't know what I paid for. Watch out, they will find any excuse to charge you for the most premium parts without any good reason for it. Won't even fix the actual problem.
