Used to be better. Now it’s hit and miss. And the service is the same: before employees used to greet you and help you. Last time I went in no one said anything to me until I brought my purchase to the register and the first thing they said wasn’t hello, it was “do you need a bag?” Hmmm. Not impressed.

Cute clothes, jewellery, accessories and gifts! Everything was good quality, with Canadian brands (ottawa, Montreal). I bought yoga jeans I was so happy to find here and I could have bought so much more!

I can't recommend shopping at Flock highly enough. The staff are all so helpful. Moira helped us pick out a few outfits. Attentive to detail, but not overbearing in any way. Already looking forward to my next visit.
