Excellent sales and after sales service. The owner Mark is very interested in doing it right the first time and treats each client like you are the only client. He listens well and works ascidiusly to solve all concerns. He sells in a way that creates an opportunity for a repeat sale.

Wow!! My brakes were making a bad sound and I was afraid to drive but I was nervous to go to a garage without my husband because I have had very bad experiences with mechanics trying to take advantage of me. I went stopped at this place and the mechanic Mark came out and was very patient and professional, he took my car for a drive and then put it on the hoist. He explained to me in detail what the problem was, and even showed me when I didn’t understand. He fixed it the same day because my vehicle wasn’t safe. His price was very good too. Very happy with the service I received and will definitely be returning!! Thank you Mark and your team!

The Volvo XC70 I purchased from First Class Auto ranks as a 12 out of 10.
The Google review star rating will only allow 5 as max. Mark is worthy of that and more.
Excellent, friendly service, going to great lengths to give an accurate description of the car through pictures and video. Preparation of the car and paperwork was done efficiently and swiftly to accommodate a one visit turnaround as we were coming long distance.
An excellent experience all round.

Worst experience ever!! Don't shop there or deal with Fady. On April 9th, 2024, I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan for 7700$ from Fady. It came safetied, they changed brakes all around and installed new tires is what I was told. Upon driving the car home the brakes were very noisy. I decided to take it to my own mechanic for an overview a week after my purchase. Found out the didnt do a proper safety. Two stats were broken that is part of a safety. Additionally my mechanic informed me that the car has a history of misfiring. I contacted Fady to solve strut problems. He waited till the safety expired b4 fixing the struts. Once I picked up the car, there was a new loud raddling noise coming from front end where they changed one of the broken struts. I contacted Fady about this. He told me there's no warranty on that job and totake my car at my own mechanic at my cost. This is not right. But I did, I had no choice but to spend 650$ for a broken axle that was attached to the front strut they had just replaced. I asked him if he or his mechanic sabotage my car after I told him I would report him to MTO. Fady was rude disrespectful and didn't give a hoot about my situation.
