I had an amazing experience at the Fido store, all thanks to Marc! After a frustrating experience with calling Rogers multiple times, where I couldn’t get the help I needed, Marc stepped in and made everything so much easier. He assisted me in buying a new phone and went above and beyond to set it up for me, explaining everything clearly and patiently. His exceptional customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I left the store feeling confident and happy with my new phone. Thanks, Marc, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one!

Network is very unreliable indoors and outside the city, only lte, no 5g, got a new phone because of constantly losing signals, but kept happening, it was poor fido network that was the problem, not the phone, even though they deny it. Do not recommend. Poor network.

Very good service I came in store just to get more data on my plan and I walk out with a new s24 I highly recommend to go and see the store manager Marc-andre very friendly and fun ? Thank you Marc-andre made me save alot of money 70$ s24 200gb call and text Canada and us and Mexico. Wow ?

I past in store to look at my plan and marc-andre the store manager was vary helpful. I purchased a new Samsung s24 ultra he help me to do the setup and also data transfer very wonderful guy ? I will be back for him I highly suggest to go and see him. Marc thank you ? for making me feel like home

Absolutely garbage service from a garbage company. Tried to cancel home internet service through my online account after the price was changed and, was given a number to call. Called. After 20 minutes on hold was told my service would be cancelled. A week later, I’m sent a bill to pay??? My service has been disconnected and the modem in the box for a week. Called back. Sat on hold for an hour. No support. Was transferred. Went in store. Was told they can’t cancel in store????? Whats the actual point of having a store if you can’t service your customers. Now am back on hold, as the attendant is useless and I’m wasting half my day waiting to talk to someone.Absolutely garbage company and I’ll never reccomend using Fido to anyone, ever.

Aaron exemplified customer service yesterday when I showed up needing to replace my lost phone. He found me an incredible deal and went through the contract clearly to explain the terms. The automated port authorization system was down so Aaron followed up with me afterwards and provided all the key details required for me to notify Fido and Rogers. Aaron, thanks again for the terrific service.
