The clerk who answered the phone quoted me one price for a specific vape juice, but when I went to the store, the same clerk charged me a different price at checkout. His response to my concern about the discrepancy was, "Oh, that price was for a different one." However, he did punch out some extra holes on the loyalty card, which I appreciated as a gesture of goodwill.As I was leaving, I wished him a great day, but his response felt dismissive and left me with a sour taste. He didn't seem to appreciate my concern about the price discrepancy, which was disappointing. I'll be returning to my old vape shop, where the service and customer respect have always been top-notch.

Great shop. But happens to be by a speed trap and have received 3 speeding tickets in this area. Unfortunately, will not return.

Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The store is impeccably clean and well organized and the manager that helped me was so patient and non-judgemental.I never grew up with vaping, so I had no idea what I was looking for. I have wanted to give it a go to reduce the amount of cigarettes I smoke due to how hard they now are on my lungs. I wasn't treated like an idiot, and we chatted through what my options were, pricing, brands, laws, flavours, etc.I decided to start with a disposable option and I was very surprised by how advanced disposables are. I will have to wait and see how well my cigarette consumption is controlled but I really wanted to take a moment to write about how great this place is! Thank you!

Called to verify stock of a product. It was in stock so made the 30 minute drive , got there we went in 3 of us and it quickly became one because our 45 year old visually over 25 was asked for Id but it was at home seeing she wasn't buying anything . I went outside with her so she could get in the car . My fiance came out a few moments later with the selected product that I called about but she wanted to see more but the staff member was just trying to push the sale through in the end she bought it and we made a drive to clear sky vapes and got the other 150$ in product she was looking to buy

Both staff were very helpful. One dude polished up my neglected tank, had it shining, took him about 10 mins and the other dude, ill refer to him as the mechanic, pulled out a tool kit, prob his own, and went to work on said broken tank that was purchased just weeks prior. He successfully found a pulse on what was minutes ago, destination trashcan.This place deserves a medal!

Juices here are mid and expensive. Staff are not knowledgeable and unwilling to help when you receive a juice that has clearly gone bad. They even admit their own brand “bamboo” has garbage juices. Switched up to dashVapes and couldn’t be happier. If your looking for full flavour juice this isn’t the place to go. Also prices are quite high when compared to other shops. Staff here are arrogant and don’t have people skills as another review stated.
