I went in with a necklace that broke the day before a trip, and I was absolutely amazed by the service I received! I really wanted to take my necklace on the trip with me. Although the repair wasn’t an easy fix, the team went above and beyond to help me. They fixed it in just 30 minutes while I walked around the mall, and I was able to wear it on my trip. They didn't even accept any payment for the repair, which was so kind of them. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend!

I strongly recommend this store in the Carlingwood mall. Needed to get a new battery and strap for an old Gucci watch. They were able to replace the battery and customize the strap for a very reasonable price. Excellent service.

Really ‘fast’ to change my watch battery! The cost is $16.95 + tax = $19.15. The store has 2 technicians, one older man (more experienced, I guess) and a young lady.

When I received the text asking for a review, I had mix feelings about doing it...
Pro: very good service and fast as well. I had 3 items, one battery change for my roots watch, one 10kt gold clasp and one silver clasp for my 2 chains. Took about 5 minutes.
Con: I thought it was expensive, it costed me $126.50 incl. Tax
I didn't argue the price for 2 reasons
A) my items were fixed in 5 minutes and I was happy.
B) I knew I would not go back because I can't pay this kind of price, I am a senior and retired....if you only care about the service, speed and knowledge. Go there you will be happy!

Fast, friendly and excellent service. Got my husband’s watch battery replaced and it was half the cost of having it replaced at Birks Jewellers . Plus it wasn’t having to be sent out of shop to be replaced. Would definitely recommend having them look after your watch and jewelry repairs.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience today, from customer service to walking away with a damaged watch from the associate replacing the battery. Since the transaction was already paid for and the manager was ‘unreachable’ there was nothing that could be done at the time and we were told to come back Monday. Hoping for a better outcome at that time. I will follow up on my review once we have resolved the issue.
